typical?
Hey there!.
In my opinion, it would be very awkward and illogical to reveal everything about myself here, so I am just gonna let lose a few things that you should know. (:
My name is Lee, and I am currently 14. I like music alot, but I am not really good in it. Oh, and one more thing, I really dislike people who stereotype others.
Well, I guess that is enough for you to know? Have a good time reading my blog! .

Blog assignment, 5

新年快乐! That means happy Chinese new year in Chinese! As everyone knows, Chinese new year is coming and everyone in my family is in a festive and delightful mood! Food, hong baos , reunion dinners, visiting my cousins' house and staying up late at night having fun with my family! Chinese new ye
ar is without doubt my favourite holiday. To start off Chinese new year, my family decided to decorate our house.

So, we went to Ch
inatown, a place where all kinds of chinese new year goods are available, to get the decorations. It was rather tedious, because there was so many people there! We had to squeeze through the crowd to even get into the stores! Despite that, the festive mood was so great! I love it! After 3 hours of shopping, my family decided we had enough decoration for our house. We then went home to start decorating.

We wanted to make sure that our house would be decorated stupendous and splendidly so we decided to split up the job between our family. My mother and brother was in charged of cleaning the house, my father was in charged of decorating the garden and I was in charged of decorating. Of course, we helped each other whenever any of us needed help. It certainly made me feel the "chinese new year" mood!

Soon, we managed to finished decorating our house, together. My house was practically red after we finished decorating! (red is believed to be a auspicious color in chinese new year) It certainly was a memorable experience for me and my family.
